These data contain community matrices and invertebrate length data used for Nonmetric multidimensional scaling (NMS) and mixed model analyses presented in Averett, J. P. 2025. Evaluation of cattle and wild ungulate effects on woody vegetation, bryophytes, and aquatic invertebrates following riparian restoration. PhD Dissertation, Oregon State University. This dataset contains abundances (counts per square meter) and body length measurements for aquatic macroinvertebrates sampled from paired substrates (bryophytes and streambeds) across three aquatic habitat types (headwaters, mid-order streams, and floodplain wetlands) during six sampling bouts (spring, summer, and fall of 2022 and 2023) from Meadow Creek Watershed in northeastern Oregon (USA). Invertebrate taxon in this dataset were identified at the National Aquatic Monitoring Center (NAMC; Utah State University)
