在数据采集阶段,使用现场工程地址数据、3D地图数据、水文数据资料、气象数据资料,勘测工具如测距仪、测厚仪、便携式有毒有害/可燃气体检测报警仪等工具进行数据收集。在数据处理阶段,把采集的厂区环境、物料储存运输数据、生产工艺参数和生产装置等数据作为分析输入,并根据检查表法、危险度评价法、事故后果模拟计算法、道化学等评价方法生成企业符合性条件结论、重大隐患结论、重大危险源结论,安全隐患及整改措施等结论性数据。数据本身涉及部分企业数据,已通过泛化、抑制、掩码等技术进行数据脱敏,在保障数据可用性的同时避免敏感信息泄露。

During the data collection stage, data was gathered using on-site engineering address data, 3D map data, hydrological data, and meteorological data, alongside survey instruments including rangefinders, thickness gauges, and portable toxic, hazardous or flammable gas detection and alarm devices. During the data processing stage, collected data covering plant environment, material storage and transportation data, production process parameters, and production equipment was utilized as analysis inputs. Conclusive data such as enterprise compliance assessment conclusions, major hidden danger findings, major hazard source determinations, safety hazard records and rectification measures were generated via multiple evaluation methods, including the checklist method, risk degree evaluation method, accident consequence simulation and calculation method, and the Dow Fire and Explosion Index Method. Given that the dataset contains partial enterprise-sensitive information, data desensitization has been implemented through technologies such as generalization, suppression, and masking to preserve data availability while preventing the leakage of sensitive information.
