Bistream data frames for FPGA attestation

This dataset is comprising of FPGA bitstream data to explore the efficacy of anomaly detection techniques in identifying tampered or malicious configurations within cyber-physical systems. The dataset includes both normal and anomalous bitstreams, with the latter generated by introducing hardware Trojans and other manipulative modifications to simulate real-world security threats. Each bitstream is represented as a series of binary or hexadecimal values, reflecting the low-level configuration data of the FPGA.
