The variable “dur2” give the number of events (hospitalizations for infections lasting two days or longer), which is estimated by the authors based on individual level data obtained through Statistics Denmark and the Danish Health Data Authority. R SCRIPTS FOR RUNNING THE ANALYSES: 1) MMR2_ITS_analysis_both_sexes.R 2) MMR2_ITS_analysis_females.R 3) MMR2_ITS_analysis_males.R Script 1 is used for the analyses for both sexes combined and uses datasets 1 and 2.
