资源简介:
Progesterone receptors (PR) can regulate transcription by RNA Polymerase III (Pol III), which transcribes small non-coding RNAs, including all transfer RNAs (tRNAs). This and previous work demonstrated that PR associates with the Pol III complex at tRNA genes and that progestins downregulate tRNA transcripts in breast tumor models. Overall design: ChIP-seq for progesterone receptor (PR) and RNA Polymerase III subunit POLR3A in T47D breast cancer cells with 1h treatment with ethanol vehicle (Veh) or progesterone (P4).
