Dissecting developmental disorders caused by CTCF mutation at R567 [snRNA-seq]

In this study, we performed single nucleus RNA sequencing in heart, lung and cortex tissues from E18.5 mouse embryo. SnRNA-seq was performed using wild type and Ctcf homozygous mutated heart, lung and cortex tissues from E18.5 mouse embryo.本研究针对E18.5天小鼠胚胎的心脏、肺脏及大脑皮层组织开展了单细胞核RNA测序（single nucleus RNA sequencing, snRNA-seq）。实验分别使用E18.5天小鼠胚胎的野生型与Ctcf纯合突变型的心脏、肺脏及大脑皮层组织进行snRNA-seq检测。
