The typical herbicide atrazine is taken as the target compound, referring to its application in agricultural production. The dose and residue level of the pesticide were studied in the indoor simulated soil ecosystem with 10 different types of soil as test soil: 1) Degradation characteristics of atrazine in different types of soil; 2) Diversity and abundance of atrazine degrading genes in different soil types; 3) Changes of soil microbiome structure and potential degradation flora in atrazine treatment. The results of this study have important scientific significance to reveal the internal mechanism between the degradation function of atrazine and the structure of the microbiome, and provide scientific guidance for the bioremediation of atrazine contaminated soil.
