资源简介:
This data accompanies our 2020 publication in Ecology Letters titled, "Reduced phenotypic plasticity evolves in less predictable environments".If you use these datasets, please cite the paper as well as this dataset. Please see the paper for a detailed description of the data and analysis."data1_Pop_size_All.txt": Dataset 1. Population size during the plasticity assay. For each population, their origin (evolved lines or isogenic populations), strain (A for CCAP 19/12 and C for CCAP 19/15), expected and actual autocorrelation (rho), salinity, day post transfer and population size (cells x ml-1) are given."data2_Calibrating_beads.txt": Dataset 2. Calibrating beads. Flow cytometry parameter (FSC, SSC and Red_B) values for beads in three different salinity."data3_Raw_Data_Morpho.txt": Dataset 3. Cell morphology raw data. Flow cytometry parameters (FSC, SSC and Red_B) were given for up 150 cells for each populations. Their origin (evolved lines or isogenic populations), strain (A for CCAP 19/12 and C for CCAP 19/15), expected and actual autocorrelation (rho), salinity, and day post transfer are specified.
