Genome sequencing of white Bengal tiger to disentangle genetic diversity among captive Bengal tigers.

The aim of this research is to investigate White Bengal tiger genome to create a more complete catalog of genetic variants, a resource for future studies to understand variation underlying important color phenotypes (white pelage color and psedomelanism).
