The Purpose of this experiment was to demonstrate that the RNA Flow cytometry can be applied to cryopreserved cells.
Conclusion:
Comparable HIV Gag RNA positive populations were identified in both the fresh and cryopreserved samples, compared to their respective mock infected cells.
