LongBench - cross-platform reference dataset profiling cancer cell lines with bulk and single-cell approaches

LongBench is a comprehensive benchmark dataset of the latest long-read transcriptomics technologies from Oxford Nanopore (ON) and Pacific Biosciences, alongside a comparison with next-generation sequencing from Illumina. We generated bulk and single-cell libraries from lung cancer cell lines which include different cancer subtypes to capture real biological variation. To further compare and assess sequencing platform performance, Sequins and SIRVs (Set 4) synthetic spike-ins have been included.LongBench是一款综合性基准数据集，涵盖牛津纳米孔（Oxford Nanopore, ON）与太平洋生物科学（Pacific Biosciences）的最新长读长转录组学技术，并同步与因美纳（Illumina）的下一代测序技术开展对比。本数据集的构建团队从包含多种癌症亚型的肺癌细胞系中制备了批量与单细胞测序文库，以捕获真实的生物学变异。为进一步比对并评估各测序平台的性能，本数据集纳入了Sequins与SIRVs（Set 4）合成spike-in对照。
