Viruses associated with Hermetia illucens (black soldier fly)

As part of one of the PhD projects within the Insect Doctors PhD programme, this project aims to explore a foundational virome of black soldier flies (Hermetia illucens, BSF). While the pathogenicity and virulence will not be known for all viruses uploaded, this will create a preliminary list and linked publications of viruses which have been found to be associated with BSF through this project.
