Supplementary data and analysis code for "An identifiability-and-bias framework for scaling relation scatter: application to the radial acceleration relation,"

Analysis scripts (Python 3.8+). The scripts are numbered by logical phase. Phase 1 (00--08) produced the initial analysis reported in an earlier draft of the manuscript; Phase 2 (09--17) developed the identifiability and counterfactual analyses; Phase 3 (18--26) performed the synthetic validation, grid expansion, bias correction, and forward modelling that yield the primary result in the current manuscript.
