E-commerce user penetration in Belgium 2010-2023, by region

In 2023, the Flanders region had the highest e-commerce user penetration rate in Belgium, at nearly 70 percent, compared to 58 percent in the Walloon region in the south. In the period between 2010 and 2023, the share of the Belgian population making online purchases significantly increased across all regions in the country.
