Regulation of Chromatin Accessibility by hypoxia and HIF_3

Integrative analysis of RNA-seq with ATAC-seq to investigate changes in chromatin accessibility in repsonse to hypoxia. Overall design: HeLa cells were grown at 21% oxygen, treated with control siRNA and exposed to 0 (control), 1 and 24 hs 1% oxygen (hypoxia). A549 cells were grown at 21% oxygen, treated with control siRNA and exposed to 0 (control) and 24 hs 1% oxygen (hypoxia). RNA-seq was performed to measure differential transcript expression.
