Data for: Assessing the spatial and temporal variability of GHG emissions from different configurations of on-site wastewater treatment system using discrete and continuous gas flux measurement

This data set contains the following data files:

- flux_data.csv: Gas flux data from two on-site wastewater treatment systems in Ireland including discrete and continuous measurements for CO2, CH4 and N2O from septic tanks and soil treatment units and related measurement metadata
- smd_data.csv: Daily calculated soil moisture deficit, effective rainfall and actual evapotranspiration data
- met-data.csv: Meteorological data with hourly resolution
- soil_data.csv: Soil water content data with hourly resolution
