Raw Tensiometry, Shear Rheology, and Neutron Reflectometry Data for AP2 and clathrin - PtdIns(4,5)P2-enriched Membrane Interaction Study
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw experimental data acquired from interfacial tensiometry, shear rheology, and neutron reflectometry measurements. These experiments were conducted on biomimetic membranes to characterize their interfacial properties and viscoelastic behavior, as well as the structural organization of proteins at the interface, in the context of AP2 protein binding, as described in the associated manuscript [COMMSBIO-24-1866B]. Tensiometry data includes [time-resolved surface pressure measurements (mN/m) at various conditions/concentrations]. Shear Rheology data comprises [oscillatory shear measurements (storage/loss moduli, phase angle, etc.) as a function of frequency/stress]. Neutron Reflectometry data corresponds to three distinct experimental files from the Institute Laue-Langevin (ILL). These are provided as compressed .zip archives, each containing the raw data in both .dat and NeXus (.nxs) formats. Each archive includes all relevant metadata concerning the experiment, facilitating full reproducibility. The data for tensiometry and shear rheology is provided in [Excel (.xlsx) and/or Data (.dat)] file formats. For full experimental details, methodology, and data interpretation across all techniques, please refer to the corresponding publication.
