Multidrug-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae NGS. Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in the clinical isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae had been conducted at Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Public Health. Ceftriaxone and azithromycin-resistant N. gonorrhoeae found in this surveillance was analyzed by NGS to obtain the complete genome sequences.
