Alignment of the Cytochrome c Oxidase Subunit I (COI) sequences of Diplectaninae gen. sp. 1.2 (Monogenea: Dactylogyridae)

Sequence alignment of the COI mitochondrial gene of Diplectaninae gen. sp. 1.2 in fasta format. Three different haplotypes are detected amongst these sequences.
