本数据资源由用户在“德宏智停”小程序注册后生成，同时德宏州城市运营管理有限公司在芒市、盈江、梁河中心城区内安装的设备采集并生成，全面记录了路内停车状况，并据此生成会员停车数据。数据涵盖会员的车牌信息、购置的会员卡类别及使用期限、停车的具体时间和时长、停车位置、以及停车费用支付记录等内容。这些数据不仅反映了会员的停车行为习惯，还能揭示不同区域在不同时间段的停车需求状况。

This dataset resource is generated from two sources: one is the data created after users complete registration through the "Dehong Zhiting" mini-program, and the other is the data collected and generated by the equipment installed by Dehong Prefecture Urban Operation Management Co., Ltd. in the central urban areas of Mangshi, Yingjiang and Lianghe. It comprehensively records on-street parking conditions and generates members' parking data based on the integrated information. The data covers multiple contents including members' license plate information, purchased membership card types and their validity periods, specific parking times and durations, parking locations, as well as parking fee payment records. These data not only reflect the parking behavior habits of members, but also reveal the parking demand conditions in different regions across various time periods.
