APOBEC3B-induced CAN1 mutations in various yeast deletion strains; set 2

High-throughput amplicon sequencing was utilized to generate the spectra of APOBEC3B-induced mutations in the CAN1 gene from various yeast strains containing gene deletions. These spectra were used to evaluate how the gene deletions influenced the ability of APOBEC3B to damage eukaryotic genomes.
