A single-cell TCR-RNA-seq dataset comprised of CD4+ Tregs from the spleen. Overall design: Pooled splenocytes from 4 female TCliB x TCRa+/- x Foxp3-RFP mice (5 weeks old) were used to sort CD4+Dump(B220/CD8a/Ter119/Live-Dead)-TCRVa2+Foxp3+ cells for single-cell RNA-seq and VDJ repertoire analysis.
