p03 rehabilitation reanalysis: registration update packet v6 (Amendment A5, post hoc checks and code)

Nothing of A5 had been computed when this file was built. No registered rule, gate or result and no A4 result changes. MANIFEST.sha256 lists the SHA-256 of every file.
