This study was designed to evaluate the lung transcriptome analysis against dexamethasone treatment throughout HDM challenge period in the aged (80-82 Weeks) mice. The lung samples from aged inflammed mice with or without dexamethasone treatmrnt were isolated followed by RNA isolation and RNA sequence analysis.
