Study was carried out to examine how E2 and TNFa together influence gene expression in breast cancer cells compared to either factor alone. Experiment Overall Design: MCF-7 cells were treated with 10 nM E2, 10 ng/ml TNFa, or both for 2h. Experiment was carried out in triplicate.
