整合运营商基站运行数据、能耗数据和环境数据等多源信息，依托大数据分析，建立运维管理模型，破解基站电费分账结算难、基站运行异常识别难、基站精准运维研判难、基站抢修费用核实难等问题，实现对普洱运营商基站能耗的精准预测、设备状态的实时监测和运维资源的优化配置。
