The incorporation of the new age technologies changes the strategic and security scenario of already unstable region of South Asia in particular as far as India and Pakistan are concerned. The area already has its disagreements, competition, and experiences of conflicts and battles. Nuclearzation of South Asia bring about strategic stability that is threatened by the arrival of the new technologies, including AI, LAWS, Air defense systems UAVs hypersonic missiles, space technologies, Quantum technologies, cyber-technologies, etc. This paper explores the implication of these technologies on South Asian security and strategic climate by the structural realism and classic realism approaches or perspectives. Thematic, qualitative mode of investigation is used to complete investment by applying the required and relevant data that are the main aspect of this study secondary and analysis. Emerging technologies threatened the national security of Pakistan strategically and reduce the nuclear deterrence, and also offer opportunities to Pakistan. The investment in technologies that would strengthen the economic and military positions of Pakistan can transform the challenges into the opportunities.
