<b>Big Data-Driven Shuyuan System Student Developmental Records Management: Practical Challenges and Governance Strategies</b>

This data set includes two parts, namely the interview data set and the platform record data set. The interview data set contains the interview records of 24 people from different roles, aiming to provide a practical basis for the study of "the management and governance strategy of student growth files in Shuyuan System". Data was collected from Shuyuan system managers, counselors, and learning community representatives at three universities, covering different management dimensions and challenges. The platform record dataset contains 3000 student interaction records from the Shuyuan system, which is mainly used to analyze students 'behaviors in academic, residential services and mental health and their interactions with the management system. The dataset captures the growth process of students by means of platform records, which provides the basis for further educational intervention and data-driven decision-making. Due to the large number of platform record datasets, only part of the data is uploaded in this dataset.
