Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophages (BMDM) were generated from bone marrow of ORP8 KO mice or WT controls and incubated with LPS (100 ng/mL), IL-4 (20 ng/ml) or PBS. Expression of macrophage differentiation markers was measured by QPCR and calculated as relative to housekeeping (HK) for the M1 markers IL-6 (A) and TNFα (B), the M2 markers FIZZ-1 (C), YM-1 (D), Arg1 (E), and ABCA1 (F) (N = 3).
