Replication Data for: CO2 stunning in pigs: Physiological deviations at onset of excitatory behaviour.

Stunning by carbon dioxide (CO2) inhalation is controversial, and excitatory behaviour is commonly observed. It is still unknown which behaviours indicate transition into unconsciousness. Our study objective was to investigate loss of consciousness by linking physiological variables to the start of behaviours observed during CO2 inhalation. The dataset consist of physiological and behavioural data used in the study.
