We analyzed gene expression of 39 patient-derived pancreatic tumor, 6 normal-like, 2 normal and 10 engineered organoids. Overall design: mRNA from organoids were extracted and hybridized to GeneChip PrimeView Human Gene Expression Array, and scanned using GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
