Requires host_metadata_raw.csv and mistletoe_data_raw.csv as input files. Silwood_Mistletoe_PCA.R = R script to perform principal component analysis of life history traits from 501 plants, including using the life history traits extracted from the mistletoe IPM. Requires Mistletoe_Regressions_IPM.R to be run first.
