CTCF is a multiple functional protein in regulating the gene expression, and the dataset shows the effects of CTCF on HBV the transcriptions. The dataset includes the gain-of-function experiments, the loss-of-functions experiments and the rescue experiments about CTCF. In addition, the dataset include the differenct types of ChIP assays to exhibit the molecular mechanisms by which CTCF affects the HBV transcriptions. <br>
