Readme: Addtional data: Distributed in 4 different github links (Additional_data_1-Additional_data_4). Additional_data 1 includes as well the SEURAT code adapted to proteomics data used in the manuscript. 1. Figure_4 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Figure_4.ai; the input txt file for metaboanalyst for Figure 4 and xlsx file including the VIPs accession numbers out of PLSDA; Pdf, jpg and svg files correspondant to panels Fig4a-Fig4e. 2. Figure_5 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Figure_5.ai; the input txt file for metaboanalyst for Figure 5 and xlsx file including the VIPs accession numbers out of PLSDA; Pdf, jpg and svg files correspondant to panels of Fig5a-Fig5f. 3. Figure_6 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Figure_6.ai; the input txt file for metaboanalyst for Figure 6; Jpg files of each of the violin plots shown in this figure. 4. This additional data also includes the relation table generated for integrating data to cellular compartment.
