资源简介:
Interventions: Group 1: Patients treated within the study will receive local ablations (LA, means thermal and irradiation techniques) after failure of systemic therapy and the effect of LA in different time points (1line failure, 2line failure and so on).
This study is only Observation the local Ablation, which is indepent from this study.
During the Ablation, a biopsy will be taken from the metastases, which are about to be treated. Other than that blood samples will be collected to identify prognostic factors (e.g. microsatellite instability, mutation status: kras/nras/braf, micro-RNA in blodd and tissue)
Group 2: historical control group
Primary outcome(s): Progression-free survival after local percutaneous ablation of colorectal liver and lung metastases in patients with progression under first-line (second/thrid line) chemotherapy compared to survival without progression of systemically treated patients group as part of a matched-pair analysis
(diagnostic imaging, clinical data and questionnaire)
