Mapping molecular subtype specific alterations in breast cancer brain metastases identifies clinically relevant vulnerabilities

Exome capture RNA sequencing was carried out on patient matched primary breast with brain metastatic tumour samples for 45 cases of breast cancer brain metastasis (N= 90 samples). WES DNA sequencing was carried out on 18 pairs and matched normals.
