Transcriptome analysis of controlled deterioration treatment in oat seed embryo using RNA-seq technique for identification of genes related with seed vigour

In this project, we processed oat (Avena sativa L.) seeds for different vigor levels by controlled deterioration treatment. Embryos were dissected from seeds after imbibition with radical protrusions, for RNA extraction. Then RNA-seq was performed, to determine the relation of physiological and metabolic parameters with differentially expressed genes.
