To understand the fibrotic response in the CDA-HFD induced NASH fibrosis model, we performed RNA-seq on liver samples collected from mice fed with normal chow (week 0) or CDA-HFD chow (weeks 8 and 16). Wild type mice were fed either normal chow or CDA-HFD chow. Samples were collected after 8 weeks on normal chow (denoted week 0), 8 weeks on CDA-HFD, or 16 weeks on CDA-HFD.
