Dataset for: "The environmental impact of dairy cattle farming using Life Cycle Assessment"

Dataset containing the observations of published Life Cycle Assessment quantifying the environmental impact of cattle dairy farming. Each row represents an observation consisting of a single set of categorical variables and their corresponding impact category outcomes. The dataset consists of: (1) five Life Cycle Assessment impact categories measured per kg of Fat- and Protein- Corrected Milk, and (2) six categorical variables used to differentiate the studies.
