Flight Call and Trill Measurement Data for All Hooded Grosbeak (Hesperiphona abeillei) Recordings in Macaulay Library and Xeno-Canto (2024)

Recordings were selected from the full libraries of Hooded Grosbeak audio in Macaulay Library and Xeno-Canto, two large, public community science databases of global ornithological media, based on the presence social calls (either flight calls or trills). In each recording, each flight call or trill with unique sonographic structure was measured for several frequency and duration variables. Spreadsheet includes metadata for recordings as well as these measurements. Data will be used in an upcoming publication.
