Molecular Inventories ciliates and rotifers - Lake Geneva

Tables 'seq_Ciliate_nochim_workingdoc.csv' and 'seq_rotifer_nochim_workingdoc.csv' contain the molecular inventories (ASV tables) of the ciliate and rotifers communities from the water column and sediment record of Lake Geneva. The molecular inventory of the water column corresponds to water samples collected at 0-18m and 18-50m once or twice a month from 2014 to 2017. The molecular inventory of the sediment record corresponds to samples extract from a sediment core collected in 2020 and represent an inventory from over the last 200 years.

The taxonomic affiliation based on PR2 of the ASV table for the ciliate can be found in the table 'taxonomy_ciliate_pr2_cleaned.csv'.
