DAPseq was performed to confirm the target genes of ClNAC56. DAP-seq results showed that there were 3646 peaks (p<0.05) identified and among these peaks, 45.4% peaks identified in 5’UTR region, 12% peaks identified in genomic DNA region, 39.2% peaks in distal intergenic and 3.4% in downstream. The top motifs for ClNAC56 binding was confirmed as ‘(A/G)(G/A)(T/A)(T/G)(A/G/C)CGT(G/A)(T/C/A)’ which showed high similarity to ANACs in Arabidopisis.
