资源简介:

This dataset provides verified Global25 (G25) scaled coordinate strings representing an underrepresented micro-regional population sample (n=3) from the Northwest part of Pakistan: the Pashtun Mughalkhel tribe of Ghoriwala, District Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to the historical genealogical record, the Mughalkhel belong to the Yousafzai tribal division of the Pashtun ethnic group. All individuals in this cohort have been molecularly verified to belong to the paternal Y-chromosome lineage G2b. The purpose of this dataset is to establish a high-quality, unadmixed reference baseline for micro-regional genetic variations along the southern and eastern corridors of the Hindu Kush and Indus borderlands. Admixture & Modeling Profile Overview: Proximal Context: Standard qpAdm and G25 nMonte modeling places the core affinity of this cohort close to historical Northern Indus Iron Age profiles (typified by Aligrama IA at ~46%), supplemented by Late Bronze/Iron Age Western Steppe components (~22%), Western Iranic/Zagros drift (~16%), and foundational West-Central Asian elements (Parkhai EBA-related at ~15%). Distal Deep Ancestry: Deconstructed to deep basal ancestral streams, the average genetic architecture aggregates precisely into: Zagros Mountains Neolithic: 40.2% Total West Eurasian Steppe (Yamnaya + Sintashta): 36.4% Ancient Ancestral South Indian (AASI): 14.8% Early European Farmer (EEF): 8.6% Dataset Structure: The accompanying files include raw text strings for the individual coordinates (Mughalkhel Individual A, B, and C) alongside the mathematically derived population average. It also includes the qpadm result of the individual A too. This data is fully formatted and ready for deployment in Vahaduo, Genoplot G25 Studio, and open-source admixture calculators.
