RNA-Seq phage vB_Vp_PvVp04_M infection in CIBGEN003

We analyzed the infection of the phage vB_PvVP04_M in V. parahaemolyticus CIBGEN003 using an RNA-Seq analysis to characterize the genes involved in this process at 10 minutes after phage infection to get a better understanding at the transcriptional level on the bacteria and phage interaction before the bacterial lysis.
