JPARI-KB: Japanese Product accident risk information knowledge base

we established PARI-KB in three steps based on the ontology approach. The first step is to build the meta-ontology (PARI-Onto), the second step is to build and organize the standard vocabulary set, and the final step is to use Neo4j graph database to complete the knowledge base presentation and organization. The effectiveness of the knowledge base was verified by presenting related applications. We believe that our study makes a significant contribution to the literature because the study builds a novel PARI-KB which provides standardized and formalized risk knowledge that can be efficiently shared across different government agencies, organizations, and computer systems without semantic ambiguity.
