Change of gene expression for elemene in RBE

We used cDNA Microarray technology to identify genes to determine changes in gene expression in RBE at 0, 24, and 48 h after elemene induction. It provides some scientific basis for the follow-up experiment and clinical application. Elemene induced gene expression in RBE was measured at 0, 24 and 48 hours after exposure to elemene. Three independent experiments were performed at each time using different donors for each experiment.
