Despite the clinical success of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in treating HER2-positive gastric cancers (GCs), its precise immunomodulatory mechanisms remain elusive. This study investigates T-DXd's immune-related actions in GC cells through RNA sequencing. NCI-N87, and SNU-484 cell lines were treated with 1 ug/ml of trastuzumab or T-Dxd for 72 h followed by RNA isolation for subsequent RNA sequencing.
