Data underlying the publication: Quantum Key Distribution in the Iberian Peninsula

Data for the results shown in the paper "Quantum Key Distribution in the Iberian Peninsula". This physics paper presents a quantum key distribution (QKD) satellite-based model where the key is distributed across different major cities on the Iberian Peninsula: Madrid and Lisbon, Madrid and Bilbao, and Madrid and Barcelona. We consider a downlink setup in which the encoded information is transmitted from the satellite to the ground stations. By optimizing the beam waist of the transmitter such that it decreases the effect of pointing jitter, we can get secret key rates able to perform currently use cases already implemented on fiber.<br>The dataset includes the simulation data used in the figures and tables of the manuscript.<br>Please see the README.txt file for intructions on how to understand the data sheets.

本数据集对应论文《伊比利亚半岛量子密钥分发》中的实验结果。该物理学论文提出了一种基于卫星的量子密钥分发（Quantum Key Distribution，QKD）模型，密钥分发覆盖伊比利亚半岛的三座核心城市：马德里与里斯本、马德里与毕尔巴鄂，以及马德里与巴塞罗那。本研究采用星地下行链路架构，即编码信息由卫星传输至地面站。通过优化发射端光束腰斑参数以削弱指向抖动的影响，可获得满足当前光纤已部署应用场景需求的保密密钥速率。
本数据集包含论文手稿中所有图表所用的仿真数据。
