This is a replication dataset for the published article: "Respiratory Syncytial Virus Seasonality in Three Epidemiological Zones of Kenya." This data is part of a study conducted to understand RSV circulation over multiple seasons in three counties in Kenya (Nairobi, Siaya, and Kilifi) during 2006-2018. It contains the date of sample collection, month and year of sample collection, number of tested samples, number detected to have RSV, and RSV proportion positives.
