Escherichia coli Raw sequence reads

E. coli O124:K72 was isolated from the bile of patients with acute cholecystitis. The aim of this research was to characterize the bacterium causing intestinal mucosal barrier damage and to identify the possible invasion mechanism of E. coli O124:K72. The intestinal permeability and tight junction protein levels were detected in guinea pigs infected with E. coli O124:K72. In order to explain this phenomenon at the gene level, whole genome sequencing analysis was performed on this bacterium.
